- Stay calm, elevate your head and apply the prescribed cooling in the first 24 hours.
- Mild swelling is normal and usually subsides after two days.
- Take painkillers only as prescribed – they help the body avoid stress.

Eating & drinking
- Wait until the anesthesia has completely worn off.
- In the first days, prefer soft, lukewarm food and still water; avoid hot or hard foods.

Oral hygiene
- Avoid the surgical area for the first 24 hours, then clean gently with a soft brush.
- Use antiseptic mouthwashes only on instruction – do not rinse vigorously.

Activity & stimulants
- Avoid sports, sauna, sun and physical exertion for 2–3 days.
- No smoking or alcohol in the first 10 days – with bone augmentation, also avoid blowing your nose until suture removal.

What is a dental implant?
A dental implant replaces a tooth root with a titanium post that is firmly anchored in the bone. We attach a crown, bridge or denture to it – creating a fixed, naturally looking solution without removable dentures.
Is there a fixed lifespan for implants?
No. With careful planning, proper execution and consistent care, implants can last for decades. Regular recall and prophylaxis appointments ensure long-term success.
Can an implant be placed even without enough bone?
Yes. With bone augmentation (augmentation), we create the necessary foundation. Mr. Kayali uses techniques such as autograft, allograft, xenograft, Sausage technique according to Urban as well as bone block and Schall technique according to Khoury – supported by PRF.
Is placing an implant painful?
The implantation is performed under local anesthesia, optionally with laughing gas, sedation or general anesthesia. Most patients report minimal discomfort after the procedure; adjusted medication prevents pain.
Where is the implant placed and how sterile is the setting?
We operate in a specially equipped operating room according to clinic standards: room, team and instruments are fully sterilized. This level minimizes the risk of infection and accelerates healing.
What does minimally invasive implantation mean?
After 3D planning, milled templates and Versah drills guide the implant exactly – often without incision and suture. This preserves tissue, swelling and healing time are reduced.
What does your front tooth immediate restoration include?
Defective front teeth are removed in one appointment, the implant is placed navigated and provided with an aesthetic immediate crown. You leave the practice with a new, load-bearing smile.
What is PRF and how does it support healing?
PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) is created from your blood plasma. Growth factors promote tissue and bone regeneration, protect grafts and accelerate healing – we use PRF in every surgical phase.
What is a sinus lift?
In a sinus lift, the floor of the maxillary sinus is raised and built up with bone material. This creates enough height in the upper jaw for stable, long implants.
What sedation options are available?
Laughing gas, sedation (twilight sleep) and general anesthesia are possible. Our anesthesia team accompanies you – ideal for anxious patients or extensive reconstructions.
What are Versah drills and why do you use them?
Versah drills compact bone instead of removing it. This increases primary stability, reduces dehiscences and often creates the basis for immediate restorations.
How does digital education with Infoskop work?
We show treatment options as animations, photos and videos on the tablet. Forms and consents can be filled out at home, data is stored securely in your file.
When do I receive the final denture?
With immediate restoration, directly after. Otherwise after 3–6 months of healing. In the meantime, you wear a fixed screwed or removable provisional from our laboratory.
What do I need to pay attention to after surgery?
Rest, cooling, soft food, no dairy products and no nicotine/alcohol consumption in the first days. Our aftercare plan guides you step by step through the healing phase.
