How to prepare for your sedation appointment
Before your sedation appointment, we'll discuss fasting times, medications to avoid, and what to expect. You'll receive detailed written instructions and can ask questions at any time.
On the day of treatment, please arrive with an empty stomach (as instructed), bring a companion if possible, and wear comfortable clothing. Our team will guide you through every step.
Laughing Gas (Nitrous Oxide)
Ideal for mild anxiety and short procedures. You remain conscious, can communicate and feel relaxed. The effect wears off quickly after the appointment.
Sedation (Dormicum)
For moderate to severe anxiety. You are in a twilight sleep, remember little to nothing of the treatment and wake up relaxed. Our anesthesia team monitors you throughout.
General Anesthesia
For severe phobias or extensive procedures. You sleep through the entire treatment and wake up when everything is done. Full monitoring and professional aftercare are guaranteed.
Sedation Coaching
Our sedation coaches accompany you step by step, explain every process and create a calming atmosphere before, during and after the appointment.
